Are you a property owner considering building a residential shed but not sure where to start? Look no further than ShedEx Fleurieu’s latest project at Victor Harbor. This shed epitomises quality, durability, and functionality. Every element has been meticulously crafted, designed, and installed with the utmost care. Read on to find out more about this outstanding project.
At 4.7 metres wide, 7.6 metres long, and a wall height of 3 metres, this shed offers plenty of storage space. Despite the compact footprint, it has been expertly designed to blend in with the natural surroundings. The gentle colours of Pale Eucalypt on the walls and the COLORBOND Cottage Green on the roof give it a charming and inviting look.
The single roller door on the gable end has been specifically designed to accommodate a boat or caravan. The daylight opening is 2.7 metres high and 3 metres wide, providing ample room to manoeuvre vehicles in and out of the shed. The Gliderol roller door has been selected for its superior strength, durability and ease of use.
To ensure the shed will last for many years, ShedEx Fleurieu used only high-quality Australian-made materials that have been fabricated in South Australia. This guarantees the shed is robust, able to withstand harsh weather conditions, and resistant to corrosion and rust. The COLORBOND roof and walls are ideal for the Australian climate.
Before installation, a concrete slab was poured to create a stable foundation for the shed. The slab features vermin flashing to protect stored items from pests. ShedEx Fleurieu took care of the entire project, from start to finish, ensuring every component was installed to perfection.
One of the most exceptional features of the shed is the attention to detail. The roller door, gutters, and roof sheets have all been meticulously installed. This not only contributes to the durability of the shed but also gives it an aesthetically pleasing look.
